What is Parcel Concierge?

We are providing you with an easy Parcel Concierge system to collect all your favourite takeaway food, fresh food & retail shopping from our Altona Gate retailers.

Save the wait of online delivery shopping and have your items delivered straight to your car.

How do I use Parcel Concierge?

The Butcher Club -

• View The Butcher Club menu here
• Once you are ready to order, call 03 9314 8097 or email [email protected]
• Payment will be made over the phone.
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to book in a time to collect it.
• Park in the lower ground Parcel Concierge pickup area at your selected time and one of the friendly Parcel Concierge team members will bring your order to your car.

Pickup Location

The dedicated Parcel Concierge pickup location is located on the lower ground car park near the food court. Head down the ramp to the basement off Millers Rd, then veer left (following the Parcel Concierge signage).
